in order to enter the imperial Interception dorm:

-Win a duel without reviving a monster
("Reviving" will be defined as "Special Summoning a Monster from the graveyard or banished zone". As such, Monsters can be added back to the hand or deck from banished or from the graveyard, but if during the test a Monster would be Special Summoned from the graveyard or banished zone, the Special Summon will be negated and no card effects can apply in response to this rule.)
